The HR Department of the Department Stores Business Line is firmly focused on fostering talent and expertise: the recruitment of new staff (for head office, stores or warehouses), the development of mobility, and career management with personalised support. Always on the lookout for changes within the Business Line, the Human Resources team anticipates and supports changes so that all employees can look forward and contribute to future successes. With a constructive role, the Human Resources Department also promotes regular and effective dialogue with all social partners.


Diverse and interlinking projects

At head office, in the stores or warehouses, in Paris or across France or abroad, the Human Resources Department brings together experts with very different profiles. Human Resources Managers ensure the operational implementation of the strategy of the Department Stores Business Line. HR activities also cover functions such as: Training Managers, Administrators, Recruitment Managers, HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) Project Managers and Employment law specialists. Their work is supported by the communications teams and deployed internally among employees, as well as externally with applicants. They all strive to make the Group an attractive, modern, connected and socially responsible employer, for all generations.
